This Privacy Policy explains how Classic Manager (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. Classic Manager is published by LuckyG Studios.
The short version
Classic Manager does not collect, store, or share any personal information. The game runs on your device, and your saved games never leave it. We do not run ads and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We do collect anonymous, aggregate usage statistics to understand how the game is played and to improve it — this data is never linked to your identity.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any information that identifies you personally. The app has no account system and no login. Everything about your saved games, including your clubs, players, tactics and match history, is stored only on your own device and is never sent to us.
Anonymous usage analytics
To understand how people play Classic Manager and where the game can be improved, the app records anonymous usage events — for example that the app was opened, which screens are viewed, that a match or a season was completed, and whether the full-game unlock screen was shown or a purchase was made. These events carry only non-identifying, aggregate game facts (such as a league position or a result). They never include your name, the names you type in the game, your saved-game contents, your email, or your location.
This analytics data is processed by PostHog, a product-analytics service, using a random identifier assigned to your app installation. That identifier is not linked to your real-world identity, and we do not use it to track you across other apps or websites. You can read PostHog’s privacy practices at posthog.com/privacy.
No advertising and no cross-app tracking
Classic Manager contains no advertising and no third-party advertising software. We do not track you across apps or websites, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not build a marketing profile of you. There is no App Tracking Transparency prompt because the app does nothing that would require one.
Purchases
Classic Manager is free to download and includes an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full game after your first free season.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or receive your payment card details or billing information. To manage entitlements and validate purchases across your devices, we use RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives a purchase-specific identifier and the details of the transaction (which product was bought and whether it is active) so the app can confirm you own the full version and restore your purchase on a new device. This information is tied to your purchase, not to your identity, and is used only to deliver what you paid for. RevenueCat’s own privacy practices are described at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple’s and Google’s handling of your purchase is governed by their respective privacy policies:

Promotional codes
If you enter a promotional code to receive a discount or to unlock the game, we record that a code was used so the correct price or access is applied. A code is not linked to your personal identity.
Children’s privacy
Classic Manager does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children. The only data the app sends is the anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics described above, which is not directed at children and cannot identify any individual. The app is suitable for all ages.
Data security
Your saved games stay on your device and are never sent to us. The only information that leaves the app is anonymous usage analytics, which contains no personal data and is transmitted securely to our analytics provider. Your saved games are protected by your device’s own security.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change how the app handles information, we will update this policy and change the “Last updated” date above. If a future version of the app introduced any data collection, we would disclose it here and in the app’s store listing before release.
